Greetings to all! I am thrilled to join the outstanding group here at Clearwater Valley Health as a Physician Associate (PA) in team practice with Dr. Ann Lima. Team practice is a healthcare model where an Advanced Care Practitioner and a Physician work closely together to provide care to a single patient panel. This increases availability for appointments, allows for better allocation of resources, and gives us more time to focus on you.

Dr. Lima and I have strong alignment in our core practice values. We both champion the importance of healthy lifestyle choices and are committed to high quality evidence based care. We make a great team!

When I am not working in the clinic, I enjoy running, rafting, skiing, hiking, climbing, reading, gardening, and cooking. I love all things outdoors, and I love to challenge myself. Before attending PA school at the University of Washington, I taught Wilderness Medicine for NOLS and worked as a ski patroller outside of Salt Lake City. I live in east Kamiah with my husband and our dog. My husband works for the Forest Service as the Deputy District Ranger on the Lochsa-Powell Ranger District. We have enjoyed living in the Clearwater Valley since 2017, and are excited to deepen our relationship with this extraordinary community.
