“If you haven’t purchased your tickets for the Moonlight Ball yet, you better get them quick!” says Foundation Board Chair and Moonlight Ball Committee Member, Shawna Altmiller. “With a delicious catered dinner featuring your choice of Tri-Tip or Grilled Chicken Angelo, fabulous live and silent auctions and entertainment by Vintage Youth, this year’s event is sure to be a sell out!”

Clearwater Valley Health Foundation’s annual fundraiser, the Moonlight Ball, will be held on Saturday, March 18th at the Best Western Plus Lodge at River’s Edge beginning with a cocktail hour at 5:30 p.m. Tickets are $60/person and are available by following this link: Clearwater Valley Health Foundation – Moonlight Ball (bidpal.net) and also at LCCU in Orofino.

Vintage Youth is a classic rock band out of Grangeville, ID, comprised of business professionals and self-proclaimed “rock star wannabes” reliving the “good old days” when hair was big, music was loud, girls wore leopard skin tights – and the guys did too!

What started out several years ago in the Lindsley’s living room as a one-time fund-raising gig, has grown into a group of seriously talented local musicians offering the classic rock everyone knows and loves from their misspent youth. Band members Todd Marek, Sydney Walker, Paul Boehmke, Beth Boehmke, Kim Johnson, Russ Simmons, and Ted and Wendy Lindsley, along with Kyle Caldwell running sound, can be found playing several gigs a year all around North Central Idaho, and regularly rocking in the infamous “living room” where it all began.

Vintage Youth offers an eclectic mix of music that reflects the diverse tastes of the band members themselves. From Boston to Bon Jovi, and Def Leppard to CCR, Journey, the B52’s and ZZ Top – with a little country to round things out – there is something sure to get everyone up on their feet and rocking!

“If you are looking for a way to be sure to sit with all of your friends the night of the event, consider reserving a lavishly decorated table with goodies for everyone for $1500,” says Altmiller. If you are interested in reserving a table, donating an auction item or sponsoring this event please call Ashley Steinbruecker, Foundation Director, at 208-816-8923.

“Please consider supporting this important event,” says Lenne Bonner, CEO of Clearwater Valley Health. “Funds raised at the Moonlight Ball will go to a very worthy cause, a Mammography Truck of our own which will help us as we strive to keep patients close to home for as many services as possible.”
