St. Mary’s Health Foundation Partners with The Idaho Foodbank to Expand Community Support

COTTONWOOD, Idaho — The St. Mary’s Health Foundation is pleased to announce a transformative partnership with the Idaho Foodbank, marking a significant milestone in regional efforts to combat food insecurity and provide essential resources to local families. As part of this expansion, the local pantry at 423 Main Street has officially rebranded as the St. Mary’s Health Community Pantry. The new name reflects a broader commitment to the full well-being of the community. In addition to nutritional support, the pantry will now provide essential household and personal-care items that contribute to healthier, more stable homes.

“The Idaho Foodbank has been a wonderful partner, and our volunteers make this work possible,” said Brynn Knudson, St. Mary’s Health Foundation Development Director. “Together, we are advancing the health of our region by ensuring every home has the essentials they need to thrive.”

The St. Mary’s Health Community Pantry operates under the St. Mary’s Health Foundation, a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization. This expansion aligns with the Foundation’s core mission to reduce health barriers and meet the fundamental needs that impact long-term wellness. Through the Idaho Foodbank partnership, the pantry will benefit from improved sourcing, increased inventory variety, and more efficient distribution channels.

The Foundation remains committed to providing compassionate support for our neighbors and invites community members to join this mission. To donate, volunteer, or learn more about these expanded services, please contact the Foundation at (208) 476- 8020 or brynn.knudson@kh.org.
